Roald Dahl の作品は The Twits (Puffin Novels)、 Fantastic Mr. Fox (Puffin Novels)、 The Magic Finger (Puffin Novels)（参照）と読んできましたが、どれも子供向けであるにも関わらずブラックユーモアに溢れていて、大人が読んでも楽しめます。

知らない単語はたくさん出てきますが、挿絵が多く話の筋を失うことはあまりないので、さくさくと読み進めることができます。
